We're a real Company! Not to be confused with "Just Internet" Companies - You can visit us if you like, phone us or order online securely!

Dunster House Ltd. is a well established family run business started in 1994. Based in Bedford, and delivering throughout mainland England and Wales, we are an expanding company that has grown and developed over the years, which has enabled us to boast some very attractive assets that keep our prices low and our customers coming back for more. With our own workforce, vehicles and factory, our company is never reliant on outside agents to uphold the standards we’ve set, delivering our products to trade and retail customers up and down the country. Simply, our name is synonymous with unbeatable value for money.

This is a snap shot of our dedicated Dunster House team posing happily outside our factory. There’s me Alex (Company Director) right at the front, with my brother Andy, and most importantly (last but no means least) Dunster the Bear.

We have a majority of our products on display in the showroom at our factory in Bedford. You are more than welcome to come and view them at your leisure.

Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 20:00pm

Saturday: 9:00am to 17:00pm

Sunday all year round: 10:00am to 17:00pm

OUR VEHICLES:

Using our own ever growing fleet of delivery vehicles, we deliver our products throughout Mainland England and Wales. We cherish our fleet of brightly coloured vehicles like they were our own children, which is why I felt compelled to give them names, (and as you may well gather from most of these names I’m a bit of a Science Fiction fan). We ensure that all our vehicles are kept nicely clean, sound and never want for so much as a new air freshener. All our vehicles are bought new or nearly new, serviced on a regular basis and in the unlikely event that they do ever fire below their capacity, our 'fix it' reflexes waste no time whatsoever getting them back to their expert best. "Why do I care?" We hear you ask. Well, by looking after our lorries and vans we know they will look after us and you. Old chestnuts like "sorry mate, the van's broken down" are never justified and thanks to our vehicle vigilance Dunster House Ltd ensure such incidents are kept strictly to a blue-moon minimum.

OUR DUNSTER THE BEAR:

Here’s me again (Alex), having a chat with Dunster the Bear, our fluffy Company mascot.

DUNSTER HOUSE SQUIRRELS:

These are our special Dunster House squirrels who we found wandering around in our display area, they looked so at home that we decided to adopt them and make them part of the Dunster House family. As you can see we built them a little log cabin, and made sure they had all the creature comforts they could ask for (an old rolled t-shirt in the cabin for bedding). And our mad minded, heart of gold company director decided to go on the internet and spent a crazy £45 purchasing food for them. You won't find a more happier pair of squirrels anywhere else.

AND DID YOU KNOW?

At Dunster House Ltd we manufacture all of our own Double Glazed Sealed Units for our Windows and Doors. (Which most of our competitor’s source externally) All Sealed Units are tested to current standards (as prevention against any form of condensation inside the Double Glazing) and have been for 1½ years before it became mandatory; such is our commitment to quality. This is one of the things that make our products so unique.
