Bay Or Bow Windows: Type

A bay/bow window is a window that projects out from the building.

A Bay Window is where the brickwork also projects outwards with the window, forming a recess inside the building.

A Bow Window is where the brickwork is flat and inline with the rest of the wall, but the window projects outwards.
If you are wanting to replace a bow window where there is already one fitted you will need to select the 'existing bow window' option.
If there is not a bow window already in place where you would like to fit one, then it will be a 'new bow window'. The canopy gives a covering over the top of the bow window.
